I can tell a difference when I am not taking the pill. Over time the price has increased. So I have to wait until there’s a sale. While waiting, I notice a difference in my body (the feeling) also I find that Ive also maintained my weight on the blend as well. Definitely keeps my insides moving which is great for me.
The capsules were a different color this time. They usually have a fishy smell like the sea. This time they had no odor like in the pass that I was familiar with. So I haven't use them yet. Not sure if they may be defective.
